Privacy notice

Minimal data. No advertising profile.

Public proof uses anonymous validation telemetry. Paid checkout, when enabled, uses only the customer and transaction records needed to deliver and support access.

What public proof records

A random session identifier, page and proof events, categorical interactions, product-interest events, timestamps, and limited attribution or error context. Public proof does not ask for a name, company, email, or phone number.

What paid checkout records

When live payment is enabled, Clueward records the customer email and commercial cleaning business entered at checkout, territory, product and authoritative price, Stripe customer/checkout/payment or subscription references, entitlement and access state, fulfillment timestamps, and bounded purchase-funnel events. These records are used only for payment verification, access, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and subscription lifecycle management.

Payment processing

Stripe collects and processes payment-method and billing information under its own privacy terms. Clueward receives verification and lifecycle identifiers from Stripe but does not store card numbers, CVC, or full payment-method details.

What Clueward does not intentionally collect

  • Card numbers, CVC, or bank credentials
  • Advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies
  • Cross-site browsing history or device fingerprints
  • Personal profile enrichment or confidential project information

Session identifier and technical processing

A random UUID is stored in browser session storage and sent with validation events so one browser session can be measured and rate-limited. It is not an account and normally does not persist after the browser session ends.

Cloudflare necessarily processes request information such as IP address, user agent, time, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Clueward does not write IP addresses or full user agents into its validation-events database.

Storage and retention

Anonymous product-use events are stored in Cloudflare D1 under the current bounded retention policy. Automatic deletion is not currently configured. Raw validation events must be aggregated as needed and deleted no later than 90 days after collection; the current final cleanup deadline is December 12, 2026.

Commerce and support records are retained while access or a subscription is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement. They are not used to build an advertising profile.

Delete this browser session’s validation data

This deletes only rows matching the current session identifier and then replaces that identifier. The response does not reveal whether rows existed. Because Clueward intentionally does not collect identity, it cannot identify or retrieve a person’s events across browsers, devices, or expired sessions.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used only to deliver and support Clueward, evaluate product usefulness and distribution, verify purchases, manage access and subscriptions, prevent abuse or fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, and diagnose faults. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Cloudflare processes request data to host and protect the service, and Stripe processes payment and billing data when checkout is enabled.
