What to include

For a purchase or access issue, include the email used at checkout, commercial cleaning business name, selected territory, and approximate purchase time. Do not send card numbers, CVC, bank details, passwords, or identity documents.

Subscription management

When live payments are enabled, subscription billing and cancellation will be available through Stripe-hosted billing management. If that secure path is unavailable, email support before the next renewal date.

Project information

Clueward can explain its source and classification, but it cannot confirm that cleaning work is available or act on behalf of a project owner, contractor, or government agency.
