Service and eligibility

Clueward is a business research service for commercial cleaning companies. It analyzes public construction and renovation records and presents signals that may be worth investigating. You must be legally able to enter a contract and use Clueward for lawful business purposes.

What the signals mean

A Clueward signal does not mean cleaning work is available, open for bids, referred, or guaranteed. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or withdrawn. You are responsible for independently verifying every record, project status, contact, fit, and outreach decision.

Clueward Reveal

Reveal is a $15 one-time digital purchase for one service territory. It contains a fixed snapshot of five current matched signals: one fully actionable opportunity and four protected previews. It does not refresh or provide replacement opportunities.

Clueward subscription

The subscription is $99 per month for the selected territory and renews automatically each month until canceled. It provides access to the current, continuously refreshed Clueward product while the subscription remains active. Signal volume is not guaranteed, and a truthful current result may be empty.

Reveal upgrade credit

An eligible Reveal purchaser may receive one $15 credit toward the first $99 subscription payment when upgrading for the same customer, business, and territory within seven days. The credit expires after seven days, cannot be stacked or transferred, and can be used only once.

Payment, delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe processes payment details; Clueward does not store card numbers or CVC. Access is created only after a verified payment event. The fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policy is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse public records, harass project participants, misrepresent a signal as confirmed work, probe or bypass access controls, resell protected opportunity data, or use Clueward unlawfully. Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, fraud, or security risk.

Availability and liability

Clueward is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clueward is not responsible for lost contracts, lost profits, project changes, third-party conduct, or decisions made from public-record signals. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
