Sophisticated research, made simple
A shorter list, with the uncertainty left intact.
Clueward watches Greater Cincinnati construction and renovation records, including supported Northern Kentucky sources, removes projects that do not fit, and explains why the remaining projects may matter to a commercial cleaning company.
01 · Source
Public records are the starting point.
Clueward uses official City of Cincinnati, Boone County, and Kenton County project records and keeps the official link for independent verification. Campbell County coverage remains limited until a stable current-project feed is available. Current pages show the approved source date. If freshness cannot be verified, Clueward stops presenting the results as current.
02 · What you see
Four labels separate what is known from what is not.
- Fact
- What the public record states, such as address, work description, dates, reported value, and project stage.
- Clueward’s read
- Why that activity may matter for post-construction, final, floor, glass, turnover, or ongoing commercial cleaning.
- Confidence
- How strongly the available evidence supports that cleaning connection.
- Still unknown
- What the source does not establish, including whether cleaning is needed, available, awarded, or open for proposals.
03 · Confidence
Confidence describes the evidence—not your chance of a sale.
Multiple direct details support possible commercial-cleaning relevance.
Relevant evidence exists, but an important detail is incomplete or less specific.
The project may be worth watching but is not ready for priority follow-up.
04 · Limits
What a public project record cannot tell Clueward.
- Whether cleaning is needed
- Whether a cleaner has already been selected
- Whether proposals are being accepted
- Whether the project will proceed on schedule
- Whether a named company wants to hear from vendors
Clueward shortens the search. It does not turn a possible opportunity into confirmed cleaning work.
